The NAMME 2026 Pathways Summit offers two distinct opportunities for organizations to engage with attendees and prospective students.

Standard Summit Exhibitor

The Standard Summit Exhibit is designed for organizations seeking to connect with health professions educators, academic leaders, workforce development professionals, healthcare organizations, and other summit attendees throughout the event.

Standard exhibitors receive visibility among summit participants and may also participate in the Student Recruitment Fair at no additional charge.

Standard Summit Exhibit Includes:

• 6′ tabletop exhibit space
• Two (2) exhibitor registrations
• Organization listing on the Summit website
• Access to networking opportunities with summit attendees
• Participation in the Student Recruitment Fair

Exhibitor Fee: $1,000

Student Recruitment Fair Exhibitor

The Student Recruitment Fair provides a focused opportunity to connect directly with undergraduate students, pre-health students, community college students, graduate students, advisors, and others exploring educational and career pathways in the health professions.

This option is ideal for colleges, universities, professional schools, residency programs, pathway programs, scholarship programs, and organizations seeking to recruit future students or participants.

Recruitment Fair Exhibit Includes:

• One (1) recruitment table during the Student Recruitment Fair
• Organization listing in Recruitment Fair materials
• Direct engagement with students and prospective applicants

Recruitment Fair Only Pricing

• $250 with Summit registration
• $425 without Summit registration

Organizations purchasing a Standard Summit Exhibit Booth may participate in the Student Recruitment Fair at no additional cost.

Student Recruitment Fair

Saturday Afternoon

The Student Recruitment Fair is a featured component of the NAMME Pathways Summit and provides students with direct access to educational institutions, healthcare organizations, professional associations, and pathway programs. Participants can explore academic opportunities, career pathways, internships, scholarships, mentoring programs, and other resources that support success in the health professions.

Payment Terms

Full payment must accompany all sponsorship and exhibit applications. Space is not guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmed by NAMME.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments as outlined on the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

NAMME recognizes that circumstances may arise that impact participation. Written cancellation requests must be submitted via email.

Refund schedules and applicable administrative fees will be outlined in the exhibitor and sponsorship agreement. Any approved refunds will be processed less applicable transaction fees.
