The College Student Development Program includes a full day workshop and recruitment session for undergraduate students. The Program includes a motivational speaker, workshops focusing on admissions and application procedures, preparation for standardized examinations, and financial aid. Over 500 students are given an opportunity to meet with recruiters of health profession schools from around the country each year.

The 2011 Student Development Conference was held on September 17, 2011 at the University of California-Los Angeles, Los Angeles, CA in Young Hall.
