CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
A conference registration form must accompany on-line registration to complete the process. If preferred, you may register for the conference by mailing in a completed registration form and check made out to NAMME Inc.
Cancellation Policy: A $75 processing fee will be applied to all written requests for refunds up to 8/15. 50% of registration fee will be assessed for written cancellation notices received before 9/1/10. No refunds will be given for requests received after 9/1/10. Refunds will be processed after the conference concludes.
***NOTE*** Recruitment tables are limited to the FIRST 50 REGISTRANTS and are not confirmed until you receive notification and a table assignment. If you do not receive confirmation at least one week after the deadline, please contact Dr. Michael Ellison. (see contact information below.) The Program Booklet will be distributed to NAMME members and attending students. Proceeds benefit the NAMME National Scholarship Fund. NAMME cannot adjust the size of your ad. Please see “Conference Program Ad Specifications” below for detailed instructions before you submit your ad.
